So, you have picked your wedding date, found a venue and started to secure vendors for your big day. You really want to be hands on for the planning, that’s great! We know you will have taken care of lots of the preparation work (and we know how hard that is!) but what about your wedding day and the months leading up to it? We prefer to call it Month(s) of Coordination over “Day of Coordination” because we offer you much more than one day! We will be there to answer any questions you have during the planning process, make vendor recommendations and meet up to chat if you want! In the final months leading up to your wedding, we will be in constant contact with you so we have all information needed to make your day run smooth! We will provide a timeline, confirm details with your vendors, meet with you in the days leading up to the wedding to go over your décor set up for your ceremony and reception (seating chart and place cards, guest books, favors, linens, candy tables and on and on!). Want a rehearsal the day before the wedding? We can do that too! We want to make sure your wedding day is fun, stress-free and enjoyable for you, your family and guests!
Our Month of Coordination Services
Wedding planning assistance: RMW planners will work with you to ensure you have all the necessary information to source the best vendors for your wedding, answering questions via e-mail and phone as quickly as possible. Copies of Vendor contracts to be sent to RMW no later than 6 weeks prior to the wedding to enable checking of contracts, creation of timeline prior to arrival of the bride and groom in-resort.
Pre-wedding meeting: Your lead coordinator will meet with you to review the details of your day, receive any décor/set up items that we are to be responsible for and to escort you to get your marriage license in Banff.
Suppliers: RMW will re-confirm timing and services prior to the wedding day and ensure everyone is in place on time on your wedding day. Your lead coordinator will be the go-to person for your venue and the vendors on the day to leave you time to spend with your friends and family.
Rehearsal: Your lead coordinator will attend a walk through/rehearsal if required the day before the wedding, the wedding party and parents are invited to attend so that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and positioning on the big day.
Wedding Day: Your coordinator(s) will carry out the assigned duties as per instructions from the bride and groom.
Reception décor: Your coordinator(s) will assist with reception setup, including favours, centrepieces, name cards etc. If required staff can be on hand to assist with tear down at the end of the evening.
Guests: We will endeavour to assist your guests in any way we can to make sure they are comfortable proceeding through the day.
Month of Coordination services available for $2,200- $4,500 plus GST (plus travel)
Note: Depending on location of your wedding celebrations we may require hotel accommodation for staff on-site (not for Banff or Canmore weddings).
